1. How does the filter work?
The filter is composed of several layers and materials that together ensure water purification:

Polypropylene fibers trap larger mechanical impurities such as sediments and fine particles.

Activated aluminum oxide helps reduce the presence of harmful microorganisms and contributes to the removal of impurities, chlorine, and other undesirable substances.

Activated carbon effectively absorbs chlorine and organic substances and improves the taste and odor of water; it can also trap some heavy metals.

Calcium sulfite rod chemically reacts with chlorine and helps remove it from the water.
Thanks to the combination of these components, the filter gradually removes mechanical impurities, chemical substances, and unwanted odors, thereby improving the overall water quality.
2. What can the filter reduce?
The filter can help reduce the presence of the following substances in water:

chlorine and its by-products, which affect the taste and smell of water

some heavy metals, depending on their type and concentration

microplastics, which are very tiny plastic particles

mechanical impurities, such as sand, rust or other solid particles
This results in improved water quality, taste, and overall appearance.
3. How long does the filter last?
The filter life is approximately 1 month with normal use.
However, the actual duration may vary depending on the quality of the incoming water and the intensity of use. With higher contamination or more frequent use, the filter may wear out faster.
4. How do I know when the filter needs replacing?
It is advisable to replace the filter in the following cases:

deterioration of water taste or smell

reduced water flow, which may indicate a clogged filter

expiration of the recommended usage period, even if no other changes are apparent
Regular filter replacement is important for maintaining its effectiveness and the quality of the filtered water.
5. Is the installation complicated?
No, the installation is very simple. Just screw the threaded adapter onto the tap, attach the PureAqua™ filter attachment to it, and you can start filtering water immediately.
6. Does it fit every faucet?
The filter is compatible with most standard taps.
The package also includes various adapters, allowing connection to different thread types, making installation hassle-free in most cases.
7. Can I switch between filtered and unfiltered water?
Yes, the filter is equipped with a practical switch that allows you to easily choose between:

filtered water

unfiltered water
This allows you to use the filter only when needed, thus extending its lifespan.
8. Will the filter affect water pressure?
When using the filter, a slight reduction in water flow may occur, which is common in filtration systems.
However, under normal operation, this change should not significantly reduce comfort or daily use.
9. Is the water suitable for drinking after filtration?
Yes, the filter is designed for use with potable tap water. It helps to improve its quality, taste, and smell by removing selected impurities.
However, the filter is not intended for treating unsafe or non-potable water. Use it only with water that is already designated as drinking water.
10. How does delivery work?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the selected carrier and delivery location.
Online card payment and cash on delivery are available.
11. What if the product doesn't suit me?
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason in accordance with the valid terms and conditions for withdrawal from the contract.
12. Is there a warranty on the product?
Yes, the product comes with a 24-month warranty.
13. How do you replace the filter?
Replacing the filter is quick and easy. Simply open the filter cap, remove the old filter, and firmly push in the new filter. Then close the cap again, and the filter is ready for use.
14. How do I make a complaint?
You can easily make a complaint using the "Complaint" form, which you can find at the bottom of our website. Simply fill it in and submit it.
